New: Version 1.4!
Most content creators in Second Life have seen this problem: an object you make (or buy) does not rezz on the ground, but appears a few meters above it. This often happens when you use alpha transparent textures, (many plants and trees appear to be floating, then you have to move them down with the edit tools to fix it) and it is a common problem when you use megaprims. Many of your clients probably are newbies who don't know yet how to rezz and move objects properly. So their objects happily float in the air above their parcels. With the IMAKON RezzPositioner that never happens anymore! Make your objects rezz to the ground or prim floor perfectly! Sink them in a little so they don't float anymore or actually do make them rezz up in the air if you want. From now on you decide on what height your object rezzes!
UsagePlease follow the steps below carefully!
Now the object will automatically move to the right height when rezzed, your customers will not even notice it was moved with a script. And right after the positioning, the notecard and the script are removed from the object. Nobody but you will know you used the IMAKON RezzPositioner to fix this very common rezzing problem!Of course some notification towards your customer is always appreciated
Please note that the Base has a control radius of 100 meters. Turn off edit mode again when you're done with it, to make testing easier! |
